Lead Retrieval Services

Lead Retrieval offers exhibitors a means to capture the contact information of visitors to their booth, qualify each lead and track visitor interest in their products.

The badge of each attendee is imprinted with a unique barcode. Using one of our Lead Retrieval Systems, the exhibitor simply scans the badge of any delegate they would like to follow up with after the show. The information captured by the exhibitors can be made available in a variety of formats including printed reports, mailing labels, or electronic data on disc, usb key or smart card. This information can be imported into a contact management system or spreadsheet.

All leads are emailed to the exhibitor at the conclusion of the event. No more standing in line, waiting for reports at the end of the event. All lead retrieval information is backed up and can be reissued if the data is misplaced by the exhibitor following the event. We also offer follow-up lead retrieval services, where we will contact an exhibitor's leads on their company's behalf. Contact can take the form of mailing brochures, product surveys, or catalogues as well as targeted email campaigns.

For Show Managers who have their own in-house registration system or a preferred supplier, we can integrate our lead system to work with your system using either 3of9, PDF or mag-stripe technology at anytime prior to badge printing. Our flexibility doesn't stop there. We have several technologies to choose from.

Handheld Scanner for Door Scanning & Lead Retrieval

  • Our handheld scanners are the most convenient system for exhibitors to use.
  • Using our follow-up sheets, customized for each exhibitor, these units can be configured to record qualifying data and product interests alongside each lead’s contact information.
  • The units are completely portable and require no in booth power.
  • Requires Code 39 barcode printed on the badge
  • These units can also be used for session tracking, attendance tracking and for monitoring educational credits based on seminar participation.
  • Datawands are also available on request.

  • Leads are saved to the unit memory and also print out on paper in the exhibitors booth after each scan.Lead data is transferred to a usb key for the exhibitor to take with them and/or emailed out to the exhibitor immediately following the event
  • We provide a customized lead qualifier sheet for each exhibitor, based on their specs, which allows exhibitors to add important follow-up info to each customer’s record. Qualifiers can also be programmed directly into the scanner.
  • Data saved to disk is easily imported to the exhibitors favorite contact management system or sales management software.

  • The optional printer can operate directly via usb connection or via Bluetooth connected to several scanning units, allowing exhibitors the freedom to move around their booth and have all leads printing to a centralized location.
  • We also offer the option to scan leads directly to a users computer connected via a addon wireless device that plugs into an availabe USB port. Easy to configure and make additional notes as you go.
