Advance mailings, designated pre-registration pickup counters, VIP and Media registration, separate exhibitor registration and lead retrieval service desks are used to simplify onsite registration. Color coded name badge holders are used to assist in identifying access priviledges at the enrty points. Barcoded badges are used to track attendance and seminar participation as well as for exhibitor lead retrieval.
