Aardcom specializes in providing registration services for corporate meetings, such as annual sales meetings, training seminars, product launches and educational sessions that need to be tracked for certification credits. Meeting planners can rest assured that we are there as part of the team, with a professional attitude and we are dedicated to ensuring a successful event.
Aardcom also works as a contract services provider for international event companies looking for suppliers closer to the event or whenever scheduling conflicts arise. By subcontracting services through us we help international companies reduce costs by providing computer equipment, technical support and data entry staff so all they need to provide is the software and the database.
For online registration services suppliers or event planners and associations who have their own in-house registration system, we can import their database to our system and provide a means of having that database onsite, to update attendee contact info, complete surveys or to print badges for attendees on demand. At the end of the event, we export the information we collected into a csv text file for import back into your in-house system. Alternatively, we can simply preprint your event name badges, put them into holders and have them ready for onsite distribution.
