Support is our business and is the key to our success. Client, colleague or partner, we are here to provide answers, find solutions and develop relationships that last beyond the close of the event. Each event is unique and we adapt to meet the needs of our clients consistently, reliably, and professionally.
Aardcom provides online support to all customers and maintains office hours 8am-8pm weekly. All support requests within these hours are dealt with as quickly as possible and you should receive a response within minutes.
Outside of these hours we provide support the following business day. Our support staff are located in key time zones so that we can resolve issues in a timely manner in a priority sequence.
Onsite support is provided by trained technical support staff who are onsite for the duration of the event, unless other arrangements are specified. Our onsite staff have full support of the main office 24/7 and we are there to provide immediate support.
